أكد رامي غانم، أحد المحامين المتضامنين بقضية الناشط علاء عبد الفتاح، أنه أثناء نظر المحكمة العسكرية للجلسة قال القاضي أنه لا يوجد تهم موجهة إلى ''علاء'' بشأن سرقة سلاح من القوات المسلحة. وأوضح "عانم" أنه بعد المداولة، تفاجئنا بالنيابة العسكرية تثبت التهمة على "علاء"، فتبين أن القاضي أسقط التهمة سهوًا، وهو ما دعا القاضي إلى الاعتذار الى المحامين حول تلك الواقعة.
وكانت المحكمة العسكرية بالحي العاشر بمدينة نصر قد قررت، اليوم الأحد، تجديد حبس الناشط علاء عبدالفتاح، 15 يومًا على ذمة التحقيقات. ويواجه علاء عبدالفتاح اتهامات تتضمن سرقة سلاح مملوك للقوات المسلحة، وتخريب عمدي لأموال وممتلكات مملوكة للقوات المسلحة والتعدي على موظفين عمومين ومكلفين بخدمة عمومية (من أفراد القوات المسلحة) وتجمهر واستخدام قوة وعنف ضد أفراد القوات المسلحة.

ذكر المدوِّن والناشط، علاء عبد الفتاح، في أولى تدويناته من داخل السجن، أنه تلقى عرضًا من شخصية لها دور في الثورة المصرية، تضمن خروجه من السجن بشرط عدم تعرضه للمشير محمد حسين طنطاوي، رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة، لكنه رفض ذلك العرض، وذكر "عرض على خلال شخصية مهمة في الثورة، صفقة تضمن خروجي العاجل، أخرج بس ما تشتمش المشير. بس كده، اتطلب تنازل بسيط قوي ورفضته، كنت هواجه أهلي إزاي يعني لو رضيت؟".

بكتب التدوينة دي و أنا مكسوف من نفسي، اتنقلت سجن طرة تحقيق بناء على الحاحي و زني لأني لم أحتمل الأوضاع الصعبة في سجن الاستئناف، الضلمة، القذارة، الصراصير اللي بتتمشى على جسمي ليل نهار، إن مفيش فسحة و ما بنشوفش الشمس، الضلمة تاني، بس أكتر حاجة تعبتني الحمام، معرفتش اتعامل خالص مع قذارة الحمام و زحمته و غياب الأبواب و قعدت خمس أيام صائم و مزنوق مزنوق مزنوق. أربكتني مقالة نوارة اللي بتحتفل فيها برجولتي، لكن مقالة نجلاء بدير فكرتني أن في حبستي السابقة كانت المدونة ملاذي و كنت صريح فيها مع نفسي. معرفتش استرجل و استحمل، رغم إن آلاف مستحملين الأوضاع دي و أسوأ، رغم إني مجربتش فظائع السجن الحربي ولا اتعذبتش زي باقي زملاء المحاكمات العسكرية.

The authorities must stop trying civilians before unfair military courts, Amnesty International said today, after a prominent Egyptian blogger and activist was detained.
Alaa Abdel Fattah appeared before military prosecutors on Sunday, but refused to answer questions because of his opposition to civilians being tried before military courts.

Alaa Abd El Fattah, a prominent blogger and activist, will be held for 15 days of military interrogation, his lawyer said on Sunday. Meanwhile, Bahaa Saber, another activist and blogger, has been released but is still under investigation. Abd El Fattah was called into the military prosecution office for questioning regarding his involvement in the clashes between mostly Coptic protesters and the military on 9 October in which 28 people were killed. Abd El Fattah is accused of assaulting military personnel, stealing machine guns that belong to the armed forces, and inciting violence against the military, his lawyer, Ahmed Saif al-Islam said.
