ICFJ offers workshop on covering states in transition [Egypt]
Citizen and professional journalists from Egypt can attend a one-week workshop in Cairo.
The International Center for Journalists workshop will examine techniques for covering states in transition. The program aims to train citizen journalists to inform their communities and for the professional journalists to enhance their professional skills.
Egyptian journalists from print, television, radio and digital media can apply for the workshop, scheduled for the first week in December at the al-Ahram newspaper headquarters.
Applicants must submit an online form with a resume, two work samples and a statement of interest.
