RIM statement, 11 October:
As an update, we can confirm that BlackBerry email services have been restored. Some customers may continue to experience delays with instant messaging and browsing services and our technical teams are working to return services to normal operation as quickly as possible. We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience and we will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available.
تود شركة RIM أن تؤكد لعملائها عودة خدمات البريد الإلكتروني لهواتف BlackBerry. ومن المحتمل أن تستمر المشكلة مع بعض عملائنا في خدمة التراسل الفوري والإنترنت. يعمل الفريق الفني حالياً على إعادة الخدمات إلى طبيعتها في أسرع وقت ممكن. ونعتذر لعملائنا عن أي اضطراب وسوف نستمر في إصدار بيانات الإحاطة بآخر المستجدات فور توفر معلومات جديدة.
