They confirmed that the newspaper channel, which is supposed to speak about the state of the citizens of Ismailia is still run by men of the National Democratic Party - dissolved - and its remnants still speak their own tongue and are tarnishing the image of Muslim Brotherhood members of the former, prompting Eng Sabri Khalaf Allah, former deputy of the Brotherhood for prosecution.

 

الإسماعيلية - نسرين المصري:

اعتصم نحو الف وخمسمائة مواطن من شباب 25 يناير والقوى السياسية والاخوان المسلمين عقب صلاة الجمعة بميدان الممر والمقامة بمحافظة الإسماعيلية لتطهير جريدة القناة من فلول الحزب الوطنى المنحل. رفع المعتصمون شعار "يا قناة يا جريدتنا بيشوهوا فيكى صورتنا" و"يا محافظ الاسماعيلية حل المجالس المحلية".  واكدوا أن جريدة القناة والتى من المفترض ان تتكلم عن حال مواطنى الاسماعيلية مازال يديرها رجال الحزب الوطنى –المنحل - وفلوله ومازالت تتكلم بلسانهم ويقومون بتشويه صورة نواب الاخوان المسلمين السابقين مما دعا المهندس صبرى خلف الله النائب السابق عن الاخوان لمقاضاتهم.
