أكد المستشار هشام بدوى المحامى العام الأول لنيابة أمن الدولة العليا، أنه لا صحة مطلقا لما نشرته صحيفة الأهرام فى عددها الصادر اليوم الخميس فى صفحتها الرابعة تحت عنوان الأهرام ينفرد بنشر التحقيقات مع ضابط الموساد الإسرائيلى إيلان تشايم جرابيل.
وأوضح المستشار هشام بدوى فى تصريح له اليوم، أن ما تناوله التقرير الصحفى من حصول الجريدة على النقاط الرئيسية للتحقيقات التى جرت مع المتهم، ونشرها على نهج ما يجرى فى التحقيقات، هو أمر غير صحيح جملة وتفصيلا، ولا يمت بأى صلة للحقيقة.
