CAIRO: There is no time to pass a new electoral law, according to Egypt's ruling Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF). A member of the SCAF, General Mamdouh Shahin, said the laws of the People's Assembly and Shura Council have many advantages and have been put under intense scrutiny in order to form a strong parliament.
