The Egyptian-American Rule of Law Association (EARLA) is a non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C. EARLA fosters collaboration between the Egyptian-American community and Egyptian civil society, policy makers, and legal professionals to implement legal reforms to the rule of law (Arabic: سيادةالقانون ) in post-revolutionary Egypt.
