أزمة القضاة والمحامين تؤجل اجتماع "شرف" بالصحفيين

تسبب طول مباحثات الدكتور عصام شرف، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، مع المستشار أحمد الزند، رئيس نادى القضاة، والمستشار حسام الغريانى، رئيس مجلس القضاء الأعلى، حول إيجا د حل للازمة الناشبة بين القضاة والمحامين، فى تأجيل اجتماع "شرف" مع صحفيى ومندوبى وسائل الإعلام بمجلس الوزراء، والذى كان مقررا له الثالثة والنصف من مساء اليوم، ثم تم إرجاءه إلى الخامسة، قبل أن يتم تأجيله لأجل غير مسمى.

أكد عادل خليفة رئيس الاتحاد العربي للنشر الإلكتروني علي وجود فجوة رقمية كبيرة في النشر الالكتروني بالعالم العربي؛ وشدد على ضرورة العمل علي القضاء علي هذه الفجوة، حيث يمثل حجم المحتوي الالكتروني العربي علي الإنترنت 0.4% فقط.

Galal dewaidar , Secretary General of Supreme Council of the Press - denied its relationship to the lawsuit by the journalist Mohamed Kamel Zuhairi - son of the chairman of the Press, former Kamel el Zuhairi - front of the Administrative Court against him and the President of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces and the Prime Minister demanding the dissolution of the Supreme Council to the press. And Akhbar said in his remarks to the Constitution "original" that the right of any individual to sue at the time as he pleases, stressing that it was not a party to that command is not interested in anything but the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces and the Supreme Council for the press.

نفى الكاتب الصحفي جلال دويدار – أمين عام المجلس الأعلى للصحافة – علاقته بالدعوى القضائية المقدمة من الصحفى مؤنس محمد كامل زهيرى – نجل نقيب الصحفيين الأسبق كامل زهيرى - أمام محكمة القضاء الإداري ضده وضد كل من رئيس المجلس الأعلي للقوات المسلحة ورئيس الوزراء يطالب فيها بحل المجلس الأعلي للصحافة.
و قال دويدار فى تصريحاته للدستور "الأصلي" أنه من حق أي فرد أن يرفع دعوى وقت ما يشاء مؤكدا أنه ليس طرفا فى ذلك الأمر ولا يهمه فى شىء بل يتعلق بالمجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة والمجلس الأعلى للصحافة.

Royal Decrees amend Press Law

ALI FAQANDISH RIYADH:

A number of Royal Decrees were issued Friday containing amendments to the Press and Publications Law of Nov. 2000, addressing violations in the content of published materials, the authorities tasked with investigating and ruling on offenses, and the penalties they incur.
The first of the five amendments concerns Article 9 of the law, with the text now reading:
“All officials in printed materials will heed to objective and constructive criticism in the public interest based on facts and correct testimonies, and are barred from publishing in any form whatsoever the following:
