San Francisco cell phone net shutdown

Lately protestors have been using social media to spread the word for different causes. In San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit, or BART, disabled mobile device service to prevent a protest on Thursday. What are Americans' First Amendment rights when it comes to mobile service? Declan McCullagh, a correspondent for CNET news, gives us his take on the occurrence.
