RIYADH: No decision has so far been made on where to establish the headquarters of a news channel that is owned by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal and managed by Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

RIYADH: No decision has so far been made on where to establish the headquarters of a news channel that is owned by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal and managed by Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
Contrary to reports in various Arab publications and websites, no decision has so far been made on where to base the channel, said a statement from the prince's office. It added that while Egypt is on the list of potential destinations in the Arab world, the matter is still under study and no final decision has been made.
The statement also called on media establishments to exercise caution on the matter and publish corrections.
